FAQs

  • What useful information do I need to know before planning a visit to Seven Sisters?
    • It is free to visit Seven Sisters Country Park, but there is a charge for parking.
    • Wear suitable clothing for the outdoors and be prepared for weather conditions including waterproofs, water, hats and sun cream. A water refill station is available at the Visitor Centre
    • From the toilets and car park it is a 1.5m walk through the country park along an accessible path to the beach and the Seven Sisters cliffs, with options to explore longer routes that take you up onto the Downs. The accessible path is a shared space with occasional vehicle traffic, pedestrians, bikes and dog walkers.
    • Throughout the year ponies, cattle and sheep will be found grazing.
    • Within the park there are dew ponds, open courses of water and the sea so there is the risk of drowning and water bourne diseases if groups are not supervised. Lifelines are located throughout the park.
    • Be aware of the fragile chalk cliffs and stay at least 5 metres away from the edge and base of the cliffs.
    • Always check tide tides if planning to visit the beach and explore rock pools.
    • A Defibrillator and First Aiders are located at the Visitor Centre (during opening times)
  • We’ll be arriving by coach, where can we park?

There is no designated coach parking at Seven Sisters, but limited coach parking is available in our South Car Park.
